America’s New Policy against Fashion Rip-offs

From now on, designers will have more legal protection against future copy-cats of their designs. The senate passed the Innovative Design Protection and Piracy Prevention Act (IDPPA) giving designers three years of copyright protection. Fashion designers may be fined accordingly to the damage imposed by creating “consumer friendly copies” but we say cheap LV, D&G, and Gucci knock offs deserve the maximum sentence!
